As part of this process, certain personal information may be collected and processed, which may include (but is not limited to) your full name, date of birth, and government-issued identification documents. The information collected through Sumsub is used exclusively for identity verification and compliance purposes, in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML), counter-terrorism financing (CTF), and data protection laws. All information is processed securely and in line with Sumsub's privacy policy and relevant legal and regulatory frameworks. CoinVoyage processes this information on the basis of its legitimate interest in maintaining the security, authenticity, and compliance of its Services. We also use this data internally to verify user identities and prevent fraudulent or unauthorized activities.
